Gurukrupa Cotgin Private Limited
Cotton Crafted with Care, Oil Pressed with Precision
About Us

Our Story

Three generations. One crop. One standard.

Every great mill begins before its first machine. Ours began with two young men, Vishal Ramdas Vajani and Saurabh Prakash Agrawal, who chose to learn the cotton trade the hard way: doing job work in others' ginning yards until they understood every roller, every grade and every farmer's face in the mandi.

In 2007 they began building their own ginning plant at Kankati, in the cotton heartland of Wardha. By 2008, Gurukrupa Cotgin Private Limited pressed its first bales, and a reputation for fair weighing and honest grading began to travel from village to village. The company's first board, Late Shri Vishal Ramdas Vajani and Shri Prakash Nathulal Agrawal (father of Shri Saurabh), steered those foundation years; both have since passed the baton to the present generation.

Integration came almost immediately: oil mill work began the same year, and from the 2008–09 season our 9 Oil Expellers have turned our own cottonseed into consistent wash oil for refiners and fresh Gokul Guy cake for the dairy belt. Alongside production grew a trading desk in seed, bales, oil and cake, run with plant-level knowledge of quality and rates.

Today, under directors Khuush Vajani and Saurabh Agrawal, the company runs 24 DRs and 1 Fully Automatic Double Press, presses 250+ bales a day at peak and crushes 100+ tonnes of seed, serving buyers across 10+ states: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and more. The company also does job work for the Cotton Corporation of India (CCI); in CCI sales, buyers sought out our centre's bales and seed by name, a premium reputation we protect every season. The founders' scale has become a weighbridge; the promise on it has never changed: deal fairly, and quality follows.

The Families Behind GCPL

Born from two houses of trade

The Vajani Family

Generations in the wholesale trade of wheat, maida, rawa, sugar and groundnut oil, supplying major food and beverage industries, a legacy carried forward today by the family's next line.

The Agrawal Family

Wholesale supply of groundnut to leading namkeen and farsan makers, a trade built on the same principle of steady quality and steady word.

From these two houses of trade came the partnership that built Gurukrupa Cotgin Private Limited.

Namaskar, and welcome.

This company began with two young men who chose to learn before they earned, guided by their fathers, Shri Ramdas Chotalal Vajani and Shri Prakash Nathulal Agrawal, doing job work in others' gin yards until the cotton trade ran in their blood. In 2007, Late Shri Vishal Ramdas Vajani and Shri Saurabh Prakash Agrawal laid the first brick of our ginning plant; in 2008, the first bales rolled out, and Gurukrupa Cotgin has not stopped since. In those foundation years the board was steered by Shri Vishal ji and Shri Prakash Nathulal Agrawal, whose guidance built the ground we stand on today.

Shri Vishal ji is no longer with us. For one of us he was a founding partner and friend; for the other, a father. But his rule still runs every machine in this yard: deal fairly, and quality follows.

Today we carry that inheritance across 24 DRs and 9 Oil Expellers, with the same two promises: the farmer must be paid rightly, and the buyer must receive exactly what was promised.

When you work with us, you work with a family that stakes its name on every dispatch.
